We at Store Chek Systems take pride in the superior level of support we provide. Any system will generate questions, bugs, and requests. We’re here to take those calls in a friendly, helpful manner. We are easy to reach and talk to. You won’t hear a recording stating your wait time is 10 minutes. Chances are good the person answering the phone will be able to immediately help you.
When evaluating systems the system itself is only part of the equation. The users operating the system need to be confident and comfortable with the system and have quick access to help when they need it. At Store Chek we are available for your questions, comments, and suggestions no matter how small or large. A system is only as good as the people that utilize the system.
We are available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Our office hours are 6:00 AM PST to 5:00 PM PST Monday through Friday. Calls outside of those hours are answered on an hourly fee basis. When you need to talk to us dial:
